Do you want a new child support system, but don’t know where to start? Do you know the various available options? What option would work for you, and what do you need from OCSE? This workshop provides an overview of how to get federal approval for your approach, and three state’s experience modernizing their system. A representative from OCSE will describe the recently issued federal guidance on Feasibility Studies, which provides states with a fast path to system modernization or replacement. Workshop panelists from a variety of states will discuss their experience implementing their technology option, share lessons learned, and discuss how technology affected their ability to respond to the COVID pandemic.
